owen 5c57ee20f7 Add Arch Wayland dotfiles: sway/waybar/kitty/nvim/zsh, idempotent installer

Auto-adapts sway workspace routing to however many monitors are
connected (laptop vs. desktop) instead of hardcoding output names.
