The iperf3 test I ran outisde of the tunnel would show ~70-100mb of download. The YABS from VPS to multiple clearnet WAN test points would show correct speeds. My conclusion is it was probably bad luck with the BGP routing, one of the hops is probably just incredibly slow or dated equipment. Take this as a lesson that if you are going to subscribe to remote networking equipment to get 1 month first and test its performance against advertised or promised performance, then purchase the rest of the subscription time.</p><h3 id=data>Data</h3><p>Iperf3 without the tunnel averages to 14.6 Mbits/sec.
